Judge Orders Madonna’s Son to Fly Home to the US Amid Custody Battle

Madonna is embroiled in a custody battle with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie over their son Rocco.
The singer applied to a judge to force the 15-year-old to return to America after he refused to leave his film director dad in London.Justice Deborah Kaplan on Wednesday demanded Rocco return to New York to discuss it with his mother.
Justice Kaplan said Rocco must return to America where he should talk to Madonna and decide which parent he prefers. She also said Rocco will receive his own court-appointed attorney.
She said to Madonna that she's granting her all the relief she has requested and  directed the child to be returned to New York.

“If he wants to stay with his father, he must return to his mother.”
She ordered both parents not to discuss the proceedings with Rocco.
Madonna and Ritchie divorced in 2008. They have an adopted son, David Banda, ten. She has two other children, Lourdes Leon, 19, and Mercy James, nine.
