Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is 'divorcing' her second husband Jean-Bernard after just 18 months of marriage.
The X Factor judge has 'already begun formal legal proceedings' in a bid to get a 'quickie' divorce from the restaurateur. the Sun UK reported.
'Cheryl is divorcing JB on the grounds of his unreasonable behaviour,' a source told the publication.
They added: 'She has had enough of his jealousy.'
'He didn’t like it when she had to spend time with other men and even became jealous when she was hanging out with her dogs.'
Cheryl was once married to footballer Ashley Cole, before she left him for cheating and infecting her with sexually transmitted diseases.
