Is Freeze of Cool Fm Engaged To New Girlfriend?

From What i saw on His Instagram page, hmmmmmm am thinking another thing else, the Cool Fm OAP , Freeze has stirred up a conversation via his Official Instagram page after posting a picture Yesterday November 6th 2015.

From my view on the Photo it  shows two Lovely people holding hands and on one hand a huge rock is quite visible on the Engagement nice Ring.
