Jigawa Deputy Governor Denies Resigning

According to the state’s commissioner for information, youth, sports and culture, Alhaji Bala Ibrahim, he said the report was untrue.
He said the report was the handiwork of “mischievous elements” who did not wish the government well.
The commissioner said the governor respects the deputy governor and treats him with respect.
He said the relationship between the Governor and his Deputy and other government officials remained cordial.

The commissioner urged the people to support and cooperate with the present administration in the state to succeed.
