Man high on hard drugs brings rifle to popular market in Akure

Olufemi Julius came to Olukayode Shopping Complex in Akure with a riffle this morning . When apprehended and interrogated, he was found to be under the influence of codeine

 He told police he didn't know anyone at the complex and couldn't explain how he got the rifle.
